Dear Praying and Supporting Friends,
The Christmas season was a blessing this year. We had a small cantata, our church does not have much of a choir. We were blessed with visitors to the cantata, including one lady who was just walking by on her way to the bakery. She heard the music and stopped in the door. Junior, one of our faithful men, invited her in. She stayed for the whole thing. Two of the pre-teens that attend our church accepted Christ over the Christmas holiday. Ryan and Diego come from rough homes but praise the Lord they have found love that will not fail in Christ. Ryan has been growing in the Lord and has begun asking how to find good music to listen to. He has to walk to another members home to get a ride to church, but he is quite faithful.
We have had a fantastic start to our year. In January, we started the year at teen camp in Catalao. Hope Ranch is run by a missionary friend, Bill Kieffer. This year I was the main preacher, and Rebekah spoke in the split session in the afternoon. Praise the Lord we were able to help a number of young people with some pretty serious they were facing. We are seeing a growing number of teens dealing with serious issues like cutting, anorexia, etc…
February was a great month as well. We had some serious spiritual growth in the church. One of the ladies who have been coming faithfully, Jacky, had her young daughter, Manuela accept Christ as her personal Savior. Jacky’s boyfriend, Roberto, has been coming to church with her recently. Keep Roberto in your prayers. He is not saved yet, and two weeks after he began coming to church his car radiator blew up in his face giving him second-degree burns on his arm. Satan is fighting him. On Sunday, the 17th, we were blessed to have a wonderful couple in our church, Daniel and Marcia, get baptized. Their son Leo, got baptized last year. They were so sweet as they both got baptized together. Praise the Lord for whole families getting saved and following God.
We have also been traveling to a church about an hour from our house pastored by Missionary Wes Palla. I have been preaching a series on childrearing that will last a total of six weeks. Rebekah is helping to make sure all the ladies can hear the sermon by caring for the junior children’s class. We praise the Lord for the opportunity.
The homeschool material is gaining momentum. We have been asked to travel to Londrina, a city in another state about 7 hours from us, to present the material for a number of families there who are considering Homeschool. Praise the Lord for this growing interest in our material. Pray that God will continue to guide us as we make this material available.
Jeff graduated from Bible college in December and will be joining our mission board in June. Pray as he begins raising his support for his return to Brazil. David and Lee are doing well at Bible college and are inching ever closer to their goal to return to Brazil as missionaries as well. Praise the Lord.
Thank you again for your prayers and support over the years. God is very good.

Hi I’m doing a World Geography project and a way to get extra credit is to contact a missionary in one of the countries in doing. If I’m able to get a response then I get the extra credit but of course you don’t have to answer this. I just want to say that I am happy that you are following what you believe God has called you to do. Be safe and may God bless you.
